s\u0131ras\u0131nda zarar g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz paketleri teslim ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z firma yetkilisi \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131p kontrol etmelisiniz. \u00a0E\u011fer \u00fcr\u00fcnde herhangi bir zarar varsa kargo firmas\u0131na tutanak tutturarak \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teslim almamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. \u00dcr\u00fcn teslim al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra kargo firmas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revini tam olarak yerine getirdi\u011fini kabul etmi\u015f oldu\u011funuzu do\u011frultusunda haz\u0131rlanan ve geri g\u00f6nderilmeye m\u00fcsait olmayan,<br \/>Elektronik ortamda an\u0131nda ifa edilen hizmetler veya t\u00fcketiciye an\u0131nda teslim edilen gayri maddi mallar,<br \/>\u00f6zel istek ve talepleri uyar\u0131nca \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler (ki\u015fisel tablo, kolye vb.),<br \/>Al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n istekleri do\u011frultusunda \u00fczerine ya da i\u00e7ine yaz\u0131 yaz\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnler,<br \/>Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n istekleri do\u011frultusunda \u00fcretilen t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin<br \/>\u00a0iadesi Y\u00f6netmelik gere\u011fi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.\u00a0 Ayr\u0131ca Cayma hakk\u0131 s\u00fcresi sona ermeden \u00f6nce, t\u00fcketicinin onay\u0131 ile ifas\u0131na ba\u015flanan hizmetlere ili\u015fkin cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da Y\u00f6netmelik gere\u011fi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p><p>\u00dcr\u00fcnde ve ambalaj\u0131nda herhangi bir a\u00e7\u0131lma, bozulma, k\u0131r\u0131lma, tahrip, y\u0131rt\u0131lma, kullan\u0131lma ve sair durumlar\u0131 tespit etti\u011fi hallerde ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u00fc\u015fteriye teslim edildi\u011fi andaki hali ile iade edilememesi halinde \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc iade almayacak ve bedelini iade etmeyecektir.<\/p><p>Sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f
